Keep an eye out for our Winter Open Mixers for prospective members in January 2011. 

1. Community Service - The Junior League of Long Beach (JLLB) members participate in a variety of programs designed to improve the community by focusing on the welfare of children.

2. Leadership & Training Opportunities - The JLLB is committed to developing the potential of women by empowering members through extraordinary opportunities for leadership and personal growth.

3. Lasting Friendships - Are you new to the Long Beach area? Do you want to meet other motivated women interested in community service? The JLLB is an organization of over 450 women who share a passion for giving back to the community.

JLLB Members: Interested in attending ODI?

Nominating is currently looking for members interested in attending AJLI’s ODI Fall Training. ODI is a series of mission-based trainings. Participants attend three plenary sessions and one concentrated track such as Membership Development, Fund Development, Community Impact, Building Internal Capacity, or Electing Leaders for Tomorrow’s League.   

When: October 15-17, 2010
